I have several years of experience in the U.S. Merchant Marine both as an OICNW and operating various types of vessels.
U.S. Coast Guard - Marine Inspector
Former USCG REC Boston Chief and qualified marine inspector. I worked for the U.S. Coast Guard for several years and I am familiar with all current U.S.C.G. and IMO regulations and standards. My vast experience in both the Licensing and Marine Inspection fields has provided a great base of knowledge and understanding of the regulatory system.
Approved Instructor
I am Coast Guard approved to instruct at a few schools for IMO/STCW and USCG approved training courses. I have vast experience training in both a consultant capacity and during my time with the U.S. Coast Guard.

I have many years of experience tutoring candidates for U.S. Coast Guard exams for all levels and types of endorsements. My specialty is Deck Officer endorsements.
